Where British women live in the moment, unafraid to admit their flaws, American women want to project an heir of success to the world. The United States has produced the better music and that's why everyone else from the British, to the Russians, to West Africa, to the Japanese have borrowed from or adopted those styles.

The same thing is happening today with modern electronic music like dubstep where many people don´t even know where it came from anyway they just know there was/is a huge scene in both the States and the UK.For me I think both countries have great bands. Let's live up to our standards and get some Brit groups on those charts!I think that most British music is great! America’s neighbour resisted annexation by the US and its people remained subjects of the British monarch. If you've got a really awesome Brit band playing American music, could that ever put UK ahead of US?

Why is that?

I listen to a shitton of Damon Albarn. Thanks to Hollywood, American students are perceived to be very segregated by popularity groups like cheerleaders, football players and band geeks. British women expect a man with top notch etiquette—an almost forgotten trait here.

It is a combination of Blues, Gospel, Jazz and Country music.
