In the early years, right up to 1992, the club played its football in the Maidstone League where we were winners of the Premier Division on many occasions along with the coveted Kent Junior Cup.Our journey through the Kent County League started in season 1992-93 when the club joined Western Division Three, finishing mid table in our first season, before winning promotion to Division Two in the 1994-5 season. They play in the Southern Counties East League Division One, at level 10 of the English football league system.

We offer football to all age groups from 6-year olds right through to adults.Like every grassroots football club we have been affected by the government clamp down on all sport during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is the largest of any organisation in the town and has been structured with a specific aim to give players from Under 6s through to senior level the opportunity to play a higher grade football in their home town.The club is very much an integral part of the town and organises events that all the local community participate in.We offer a safe and secure environment for all ages, abilities and gender to play football and are developing the coaching skills of our managers to help all our players improve their playing level.Please look through the various pages of our website to get a true feel of our club and for any further information please contact us using the ‘contact’ tab in the menu bar above.Snodland Town Football Club is a Chartered Standard ClubSnodland Town Football Club is a major community organisation in the town. But it all started back in the early 1900s when Snodland’s first recorded match was against West Malling. We had hoped to achieve a grant from the Football Association via Sport England to help small clubs like ours to get through the current situation, but this has been rejected.

We therefore find ourselves in a very precarious financial situation to cover general running costs to enable the club to survive and bring football back to all ages once Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted.We are therefore appealing for the kindness and generosity of our local community, our supporters and friends to help the club see its way through this challenging period.

In particular, our income over the summer months from a Presentation Evening, a Penalty Shoot-Out Competition and our annual Football Tournament have now been lost. Snodland Football Club enjoyed life in the top flight of the Kent County League from 1992 until 2016.


The club is affiliated to the Kent County Football Association.

The table was turned the following season when the roles were reversed and we finished runners-up to Bearsted.The club continued to play in the Premier Division of the Kent County League and in2012 the main adult and youth teams of Snodland amalgamated under one club name, Snodland Town Football Club.
