Biography. Oliver Hart, the Andrew E. Furer Professor of Economics at Harvard University and joint recipient of the 2016 Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel, has been appointed a University Professor, Harvard’s highest faculty honor.
