I'm really happy I found Trails at San Dimas, because not only did I find a great place to live, I found HOME. They make me feel as a cared  human being not just  a person renting an apartment. There will be almost 7000 dollars in surprise fees upon breaking your lease.

Not only is this place incredibly beautiful and clean, it's very peaceful and quiet as well.Did a one year lease on two different apartments here, one for my mother and one for myself and had a great experience living here. My one-year lease was up and I went to talk to Mirandy She was very helpful with giving me suggestions to stay in the complex she kept in contact with me and help me through the process without her I would've been lost she was able to get me into a studio which is fantastic and she has been very helpful. The Trails at San Dimas is just minutes away from the finest entertainment landmarks the San Gabriel Valley has to offer, including the popular Raging Waters Los Angeles and the tranquil Bonelli Regional Park. Everybody here just wants this to be a safe and welcoming environment. He truly knows how to manage a property without breaking the bank. It doesn't matter if it's the weekend but they have a quiet time at 10 pm that they enforce but it's okay for their employees to be hammering and using a saw at 11 pm. I called a couple times on Sunday until I got someone to answer the phone. Kris and I love her just as much as we love our new place! She always did her best  with our inquiries, never once said she couldn't do anything.I'm updating this review so future residents and current residents will know how this company handles complaints.
