Alex did what should of been done first time by Brittney but all's good now I'm happy Alex cared about us and understand how customers should be treated. Clean, friendly, quiet, and lots of things to do with the kids because it's located right next to a huge park! Love this place! At first they claimed it was because of the COVID-19 situation. The people working here are a mix of too serious and aloof. New management wants 100% payment at time of reservation but won't give us sites or guarantee we'll be close. Now they are claiming that the people that use the pathway litter and trash their bathrooms and other facilities; this is a lie. It is also, a clean and beautiful park with good air and ambiance ! We are glad we were able to accommodate your request. Then I received a call asking for my credit card number so that refund of $146.98 could be issued.
