American space agency NASA has said that at least five asteroids are headed towards Earth this week, which will give curious minds yet another thing to watch out for from their telescope.

Asteroid 2011 ES4, which measures 160ft (49 meters), is expected to buzz the Earth at 29,375kph on September 1 at 10:49am EDT (3:49pm BST). It will be about 0.02457 astronomical units or 2.3 million miles from the planet during its approach.
